Deposição do radiofósforo em tecidos osseo e dentário demonstrada pela técnica autográfica

The A. presents some autographs showing the localization of phosphorus in osseous and dental tissues. The method has furnished a good histological location, absolutelly identical to the one obtained with silver impregnation. Autographs were made as soon as two hours after radiophosphate administration, pointing to a fast mineral equilibrium.
