Participação de fisioterapeutas em equipes multidisciplinares que atuam junto a alunos com necessidades educativas especiais: um estudo quantitativo em escolas de ensino fundamental da rede pública de Manaus

O presente estudo teve como objetivo geral analisar e caracterizar o papel do fisioterapeuta nas equipes multidisciplinares no processo de aprendizagem dos alunos com alunos com necessidade educativas especiais do ensino fundamental da rede pública de Manaus, nas escolas Carlos Gomes, São Pedro e Senador Costa Brito. Participaram neste estudo 100 profissionais que responderam a um questionário distribuído nas escolas da rede pública da cidade de Manaus. Os resultados dessa pesquisa permitem concluir que: a) Entre o gênero houve diferenças estatisticamente significativas no que se refere ao fisioterapeuta trabalhar as habilidades de transferência, b) Entre os grupos de idade houve diferença estatisticamente significativas no que se refere a importância de uma equipe multidisciplinar para atender os alunos, c) Foram encontradas diferenças estatisticamente significativas entre a formação acadêmica dos profissionais e diversas funções dos profissionais na escola, professores, pedagogos, fisioterapeutas, diretores em relação a dar mais tempo a criança com paralisia cerebral ou outro tipo de deficiência motora para realizar as tarefas, d) Foram encontradas diferenças estatisticamente significativas entre a verificação se o aluno com paralisia cerebral ou outro tipo de deficiência motora atingiu os objetivos e os profissionais que não possuem experiência profissional com alunos com NEE. O questionário aplicado apresenta razoáveis níveis de consistência interna (α= .542), através de resultados obtidos pelo Alpha de Cronbach. Neste sentido, as recomendações são para que os gestores das escolas e os educadores da região preocupem-se com a adoção de novas abordagens e novos modos de ensejar a capacidade de atuação junto aos alunos com necessidades educativas especiais, fazendo uso de estratégias que possam servir de apoio ao seu processo de aprendizagem.

The present study aimed to analyze and characterize the role of the physiotherapist in multidisciplinary teams in the process of student learning with students with special educational needs of elementary education in public schools of Manaus, in schools Carlos Gomes, Peter and Senator Costa Brito. In this study participated 100 professionals who responded to a distributed network of public schools in the city of Manaus questionnaire. The results of this study allow us to conclude that: a) Among the statistically significant gender differences with regard to the physiotherapist working skills transfer, b) Between the age groups there was a statistically significant difference in regard to the importance of a multidisciplinary team to meet students, c) statistically significant differences were found between academic professionals and professionals in various functions of the school, teachers, educators, therapists, principals in relation to give more time a child with cerebral palsy or other physical disabilities to accomplish the tasks, d) statistically significant differences were found between checking if the student with cerebral palsy or other physical disabilities reached the objectives and professionals who do not have professional experience with students with SEN. The questionnaire provides reasonable levels of internal consistency (α = .542), results obtained by using Cronbach Alpha. In this sense, the recommendations are for the managers of schools and educators worry the region with the adoption of new approaches and new ways to give rise to the ability to act with students with special educational needs, making use of strategies that can serve support their learning process.
