Resumo |
A Work Project, presented as part of the requirements for the Award of a Masters Degree in Management from the NOVA – School of Business and Economics This study aims to create a new marketing plan for the educational center ―The Unknown Islands‖, located in Russia. The market of additional education for children is growing fast, thus challenging the company’s leading position in the market. Throughout this thesis, a marketing plan for dealing with the company’s current challenges is outlined. This marketing plan focuses on building a strong brand image for the "The Unknown Islands", as well as increasing brand awareness. Furthermore, it is suggested that the number of centers of the company should be increased. |
