Resumo |
Poster presented at the Sixth Annual International Conference on Open Repositories (OR11) held on 6-11th June, Austin, Texas Project Blimunda is an initiative carried out in Portugal, by the Library of the Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia, Universidade Nova de Lisboa (Library of FCT/UNL), with the purpose of defining Portuguese scientific publishers and journals policies in relation to self-archiving in Institutional Repositories (IRs). The project arose in the context of the Open Access Scientific Repository of Portugal (RCAAP) and was sponsored by the Foundation for National Scientific Computing (FCCN). After a brief introduction that contextualizes the project, we describe the various stages of the same, as the results achieved and lessons learned. It is hoped that the work can serve as a stimulus and a basis for similar projects involving other countries. Foundation for National Scientific Computing (FCCN) |
