Relatório de estágio em empresa de manutenção industrial

Este trabalho aborda todas as etapas de maior relevo a que fui submetido durante estes últimos meses. Começo por descrever os motivos que me convenceram a optar por um estágio académico bem como fundamentar este especto, pois tomar a decisão mais acertada nesta fase do percurso académico tem um efeito significativo na motivação do aluno. As razões consideradas na escolha da empresa para realizar o estágio são analisadas, bem como todo o processo de admissão e integração na mesma. É também feita uma descrição da empresa,mais concretamente uma breve referência à sua área negocial e o seu histórico. O estabelecimento de objetivos a atingir no estágio académico é um tópico importante, pois foram definidos com o intuito de otimizar a empresa em alguns dos aspetos em que mais está mais debilitada, nomeadamente na disponibilidade de informação dos bens dos clientes e correspondente organização das intervenções de manutenção preventiva/corretiva. As intervenções diárias a que tive a oportunidade de assistir e pontualmente ajudar durante o estágio académico são descritas detalhadamente, abordam o extenso levantamento que foi feito dos bens, mais concretamente das suas características técnicas e registos fotográficos. Este processo uma vez terminado levou a outro objetivo, que é o desenvolvimento de um software de gestão da manutenção que visa aumentar a produtividade e organização da empresa. Posteriormente é feita uma descrição das suas potencialidades, um tutorial para a sua utilização e um breve comentário de melhorias que poderiam ser implementadas. Nas considerações finais do relatório é feita uma análise global do estágio, focando principalmente se os objetivos foram cumpridos e se a empresa tirou proveito do que foi desenvolvido nos últimos meses. O incumprimento de algum ponto estabelecido é também considerado, inclusivamente quais as consequências inerentes e razões que levaram ao sucedido.

Abstract: This report of academic internship covers all the most important stages that I had to undergo during these last months. I start by describing the reasons that convinced me to choose anacademic internship as well as substantiate this aspect, because taking the best decision at this stage of the academic career has a significant effect on the student´s motivation throughout the dissertation. The reasons considered when choosing the company to carry out the internship are analyzed, as well as the entire process of admission and integration in it. It is also made a description of the company, specifically a brief reference to its business area, as well as its history. The establishment of goals to achieve in an academic internship is an important topic, since they were defined in order to optimize the company in aspects where it is more weakened, particularly in the organization and availability of the information of the goods to which preventive and corrective maintenance interventions are performed. The daily interventions that I had the opportunity to attend and punctually help during the academic stage are described in detail, discuss the extensive survey that was done of the property, specifically of its technical features and photographic records. This process once finished led to another goal, which is the development of a maintenance management software that aims to increase the productivity and organization of the company. Subsequently it is done a description of its potential, what could be improved and a tutorial to usage In the concluding remarks of the report it is done a global analysis of the internship , focusing particularly if the goals have been achieved and if the company took advantage of what was developed in the last months. The failure of an established point is also considered, including which inherent consequences and reasons led to what happened.
