Satisfação da mulher que recorre à consulta de enfermagem pré-concecional

Sumário O título deste trabalho de investigação é “Satisfação da mulher que recorre á consulta de enfermagem pré-concecional” Pois cada vez mais a consulta pré-concecional tem um papel fundamental na prevenção da gravidez de risco e acima de tudo na prevenção das anomalias fetais e patologias materno-fetais. A questão de investigação é: “ Qual a satisfação da mulher perante a consulta de enfermagem pré-concecional?” Assim foram definidos como objetivos: caracterizar sociodemograficamente a mulher, identificar os conteúdos abordados na consulta, identificar a satisfação da mulher quanto á disponibilidade demonstrada pelo enfermeiro durante a consulta, identificar a importância que as mulheres atribuem á consulta, identificar se a mulher fica esclarecida após a consulta e identificar a satisfação da mulher relativamente á consulta. Para dar resposta a estas questões foi realizado um estudo do tipo quantitativo, descritivo simples e transversal. A amostra é composta por 7 grávidas que passeavam nas ruas de Caminha no mês de Março de 2012. Os resultados obtidos mostram que a totalidade das mulheres ficou satisfeita após realizar a consulta, não tendo nenhuma dado resposta inferior ao grau de satisfeita. Todas elas acham ainda que a existência da consulta pré-concecional é importante, tendo sido também todas as respostas dadas no grau de importante ou graus superiores. É de salientar que todas as consultas das mulheres inquiridas foram realizadas nos centros de saúde. Abstract The title of this work of investigation is “Satisfaction of the woman who resorts á consultation of nursing daily pay concecional” Since more and more pre-consultation concessional has a basic paper in the prevention of the pregnancy of risk and above all in the prevention of the anomalies embryo and pathologies motherly - embryo. Is the question of investigation: “Which the satisfaction of the woman who wants to make pregnant before the consultation of nursing existent daily pay - concessional?” Being the objectives: to characterize sociodemograficamente the woman, to identify the contents boarded in the consultation, to identify the satisfaction of the woman as for availability demonstrated by the nurse during the consultation, to identify the importance what the women attribute á consults, to identify if the woman is explained after the consultation and to identify the satisfaction of the woman relatively á consults. To give answer to these questions there was carried out a study of the simple quantitative, descriptive and cross type. The sample was composed by 7 pregnant ones who were walking in the streets of It Walks in the March of 2012. The obtained results show that the totality of the women was satisfied after to carry out the consultation, not having any when an inferior answer was given to the degree of satisfied. All of they think still that the existence of the pre-consultation concessional is important, when was also all the answers happened in the degree of important one or superior degrees. It is of pointing out that all the consultations of the cross-examined women were carried out in the centres of health, in other words in terms of the primary cares of health.
