自动车辆识别系统的设计与实现

For the Electronic Toll Collection,the technology of Automatic Vehicle Identification play the most important role.This paper introduces how to implement the Automatic Vehicle Identification. By using the VxD technology,the hardware interrupt can work in Win98 OS,by this means the real-time character of Electronic Toll Collection will be accomplished.
