柔性制造系统的一个递阶计划结构

本文的目的在于讨论柔性制造系统(FMS)的长期计划中的任务混合比的问题,并提出了一个两级的递阶结构.下级用 Gcrshwin 提出的方法以确定任务转换频率,上一级则确定整个系统的任务混合比,从而提高整个系统的生产率.

In this paper the problem of task-mixing ratio for long-term planning in FMS is discussed and ahierarchical structure of two levels is presented.At the lower level the method proposed by Gershwinis used to obtain the frequencies of set-ups,and at the upper level the task-mixing ratio for the overallsystem is determined so as to increase the productivity of the system.
