In this paper, we describe the dsign and implementation of the multi- files, multi-windows, images, graphics and characters mixed processing system PANDA. The data structures of the PANDA system, including the multi-files' and multi__windows' processing structure and the dynamic data management structrue, are discussed in detail. The key techniques for implementing the PANDA system are given too.
