海洋救助机器人用钕铁硼永磁直流电动机设计

Resumo

为中科院沈阳自动化研究所机器人中心研制了海洋救助机器人推进器用钕铁硼永磁直流电动机.针对该电动机设计的特殊性,重点论述电动机功率、电压、转速及主要尺寸的确定方法,主磁极、换向器和电刷装置的设计方法,对电动机的结构特点、电磁性能和实验结果也作了介绍.

The Nd -Fe -B permanent magnet DC moto rs have been developed for ocean salv ation robot of Shenyang Institute of Automation.T he methods of ensuring the motor rate d power,rated voltage ,rated rotation speed and main dimension are discuss ed.The design method of the main magn etic poles,commutators and electric brush device is introduced.The motor construction,electrica l magnetic performance,and measure ment  results are also introduced.
