论宁夏生态建设与农业可持续发展

本文总结了该区生态环境建设与农业可持续发展的经验 ,指出了该区存在着生态环境建设的思路需要调整等方面的问题 ,提出要转变观念 ,加大科技投入 ,在宁南建设自给性农业、防护性林业、商品性畜牧业的发展方略等建议。

In this report, the experience and major problems of eco-envronment construction and sustainable development of agriculture in Ningxia automous Resion are concluded. Some suggestions, such as upgrading sense, increasing input for science and technology, development plan, etc., are put forward to the national and local governments as references.
