The idea of ecological agriculture on loess hilly region is cooperation of nature and human being. Soil erosion is main factor that limits the development of ecological agriculture. Now controlling serious soil erosion is most important thing for China northern economy safety. Reasonable land utilization is main method for constructing beautiful landscape in northwestern region of China.
