Some major problems of agriculture,eco environment construction and land resource, which restrict eco agricultural construction and development in the Loess Plateau were analyzed. It discussed their existent question and operational assume in order to offer reference for eco agricultural construction,environmental protection and economic development in the Loess Plateau.
