Regional Fisheries Advisory Committee 13th July, 1981

This is the report from the Regional Fisheries Advisory Committee meeting, which was held on the 13th July 1981. The report includes the minutes of a special meeting of the Northen Area Fisheries Advisory Committee held on the 16th June 1981, the review of the Regional Committee Structure and Membership, draft net licences on the River Derwent and Ellen and fishing licence duties for 1982. It also covers the restructuring of rod and line licences duties, the appointment of agencies for the sale of Fishing Licences, and a review of fishery byelaws. The Fisheries Advisory Committee was part of the Regional Water Authorities, in this case the North West Water Authority. This preceded the Environment Agency which came into existence in 1996.
