O portfólio na formação docente como espaço de produção curricular na educação infantil: o PROINFANTIL em Mesquita - RJ

A presente pesquisa de mestrado tem como objeto de estudo o currículo do Programa de formação inicial para professores em exercício na educação infantil (PROINFANTIL/MEC). Tem o objetivo de investigar e analisar a produção curricular e docente do referido programa no município de Mesquita - RJ, entre os anos de 2009 a 2011. Este programa de formação tem seu texto curricular desenvolvido pelo Ministério da Educação, esfera federal, é desenvolvido em parceria entre estados e municípios, com a participação de múltiplos sujeitos ativos no trabalho com a Educação Infantil: educadores de creches comunitárias, auxiliares de creches e pré-escolas concursados das redes municipais de ensino, professores formadores, professores tutores, professores das universidades, representantes das esferas federal, estadual e municipal, entre outros atores. O foco de análise está no portfólio ? instrumento de avaliação e registro escrito do currículo do curso - construído pelas professoras cursistas participantes, entendendo-o como espaço de produção dinâmica do currículo da educação infantil, tecido em meio a uma rede de relações no processo de formação docente, criando diferentes sentidos e significados para as questões curriculares. A base teórica para dialogar com esta pesquisa está nos estudos de Ball (2006), Bhabha (2007), Macedo e Frangella (2007), que trazem discussões fundamentais sobre a produção cíclica de políticas curriculares, tecidas em meio a processos de hibridizações culturais e negociações constantes. A formação docente e o currículo aqui são entendidos como construções ininterruptas entre/nas negociações dos diferentes sujeitos envolvidos, em meio a diversos contextos da educação infantil.

This present master thesis has as its object of study the curriculum of the inicial training program for practicing teachers in early childhood education (PROINFANTIL/MEC). Aims to investigate and analyze the production of that curriculum and this teaching program in the city of Mesquita/RJ, between the years 2009 to 2011. This training program has its text curriculum developed by the Ministry of Education, the federal level, is developed in partnership between states and municipalities, with the participation of multiple subjects active in working with early childhood education: educators at community crèches, nurseries and pre auxiliary of municipal schools, teacher educators, teachers, tutors, university professors, representatives of federal, state and municipal governments, among other actors. The focus of analysis is the portfolio - assessment tool and written record of the course curriculum - built by the teachers participating teacher students, perceiving it as a place of production dynamics of early childhood education curriculum, woven amid a group of relationships in the process of teacher training, creating different meanings to curricular issues. The theoretical basis for dialogue with this research are the studies of Ball (2006), Bhabha (2007), Macedo and Frangella (2007), which bring fundamental discussions about the cyclical production of curriculum politics, woven through the processes of cultural hybridization and constant negotiations. Teacher training and curriculum are understood here as buildings uninterrupted between/in the negotiations of the various subjects involved, among various contexts of early childhood education.
