[EN]The aim of the present work is to study the family business and the ner group association from a theoretical and practical approach to see the effect of this association on the family business and the other way round. In order to do so, once I had learnt about the new style of relationships, I interviewed the coordinator of ner group and after having chosen two family businesses of ner group I also interviewed the directors of such enterprises, to meet, compare and study the reality therein more closely. Thus, I have verified that it is possible to apply the new style of relationships in a family business but taking into account the characteristics of each company in the application of this style. Furthermore, it is plain to see that it is beneficial for family businesses to enter in this association
