[EU]Gradu Bukaerako Lan honek bi helburu nagusi ditu. Alde batetik, gure praktika profesionala ikertzea eta hobetzea. Bestetik, administratzaileen erantzukizunaren eremuan liskar egoerak sortzen dituzten egoerei eta zalantzei erantzuna ematea, nolabait, eremu honetan, ideiak argitu eta sendotzeko helburuarekin. [EN]This final degree work has two main objectives. On the one hand, investigate and improve our professional practice. On the other hand, respond about the conflict situations in the field of administrator responsibility, somehow, to clarify and strengthen the ideas of it. To carry out this work, we will use some knowledge acquired during the degree, and some experts work to contribte to the theoretical knowledge. Mainly, four aspects will be object of study in this work. In the first section, we will cover an overview of responsibility. Once this field is studied, we will work on the most important aspects that the law foresees. Then, at least in a short way, we will make a small mention about the situations created by contest situations. Finally, we will pay attention to an issue that has created a situation of uncertainty for years, which is the prescription (limitation period). The project concludes that: in the area of responsibility, the changes that are done to the legislators have the aim to provide a more complete regulation.
