Etika finantzetan: ikertutako gaien analisia

Ondoren aurkezten den lana bi helburu nagusi ditu. Alde batetik, Etika Finantzarioak gaur egun duen egoera aztertzea, eta bestalde analizatzea egin diren ikerketak zertan zentratu diren. Horretarako, lan hau oinarrituko da 205 ISI artikuluetan, Leire San-José (UPV/EHU) irakasleak zuzendutako Delphi baten parte direnak. Beraz lan honen zati adierazgarriena bi bloke nagusitan bananduko da. Lehenengoan, artikuluetatik atera ahal diren datu guztiz teknikoak analizatuko dira, esate baterako: publikazio urtea, zein herrialdeetan idatzi diren, zein hizkuntzetan, etab; batez ere ondorengo galderei erantzuna eman ahal izateko: noiz ikertu da gehien? Zein herrialdeetan? Zein gaiei eman zaie garrantzia handiagoa?... Bigarren atalari dagokionez, Etika Finantzarioa osatzen duten gaien gehiengoei buruz egin diren ikerketen azalpen eta komentarioak jorratuko dira. Baina aurrekoaz aparte, mapa kontzeptual bat aurkeztuko da, gai honen azpi-gai eta kontzeptu klabe bilduz; eta horrela, modu argiago batean ikusi ahal izateko Etika Finantzarioa zertan datzan, zeintzuk diren bere barnean dauden gai garrantzitsuenak, eta zein faktore nagusiak dauden gai honetan. Azkenengoz, ondorio batzuk aurkeztuko dira, horien artean gai honek etorkizunean ikertzeko duen ibilbidea egongo delarik.

Este trabajo tiene por objetivos analizar el estado académico actual de la Ética en las Finanzas y analizar en que han consistido las investigaciones más importantes que se han llevado a cabo en este tema. Para ello, este trabajo se basará en gran parte en 205 artículos ISI, que forman parte de un Delphi sobre la Ética en las Finanzas, dirigido por Leire San José (UPV/EHU). Así pues, la parte más significativa de este trabajo se estructurará en dos grandes bloques. El primero es la parte del trabajo donde se analizarán los datos puramente técnicos que se pueden extraer de los artículos, como por ejemplo: años en los que se han escrito, país de origen, idioma, citas obtenidas, etc. El segundo es el apartado en el cual se explican y comentan ciertos estudios, de una gran parte de los temas que forman la Ética en las Finanzas. Aparte de lo anterior, se presentará una especie de mapa conceptual, con el que se pretende reunir los temas y conceptos clave más relevantes de este tema; para así poder ver de una manera clara que es la Ética en las Finanzas, los temas que la componen, y las palabras claves de las que va acompañada. Y por último, se presentaran ciertas conclusiones tales como el gran recorrido que este tema tiene para ser investigado en el futuro.

The mean goals of this paper are to analyze the current academic status of the Ethics in Finance and to analyze what have included the most important researches of this topic. For this, the paper will be based largely on 205 ISI articles that are part of a Delphi on Ethics in Finance, managed by Leire San Jose (UPV / EHU). Due to this, the most important section of this paper will be structured in two parts. The first one, will be composed by technical data that will be extracted from the articles, such as: years when the articles have been written, country of origin of that articles, language in which they have been written, cites obtained... On the other side, the second one is the part of the paper, in which is explained and discussed some of the issues of the Ethics in Finance. Apart of that, it will be presented a kind of concept map, with aims to gather the most relevant topics and concepts of these topics; with the goal of show in a clearer way the topics that form Ethics in Finance, and her keywords. Finally, it will be presented some conclusions such us the importance that this topic will have in the future, due to his need to be more investigated.
