Proyecto técnico-económico para la rehabilitación energética de edificios

[ES]El proyecto consiste en analizar un edificio cualquiera, situado en la zona norte de la península, que necesita una rehabilitación energética. Se estudian todos los posibles elementos por los que hay mayores pérdidas de energía: ventanas, fachada, tejado, iluminación y caldera. A continuación, se desarrollan unas propuestas de mejora para reducir estas pérdidas y se realiza el presupuesto de la inversión que debe hacer el cliente, así como la rentabilidad del proyecto. Una vez terminado el estudio, se llevarían a cabo las obras, logrando un edificio eficiente y rentable energéticamente.

[EU]Proiektu hau, penintsularen iparraldean kokatutako errehabilitazio energetikoa behar duen edozein eraikin aztertzean datza. Lehenik, energia kopuru handiagoa gal dezaketen elementu guztiak ikertuko dira; hala nola, leihoak, etxaurrrea, teilatua, argitazpena eta galdara. Ondoren, galera hauek murrizteko hobekuntza proposamen batzuk garatu, eta bezeroak egin behar duen inbertsioaren aurrekontua burutuko da, baita produktuaren errentagarritasuna ere. [EN]This project consists in analyzing an ordinary building, located in the north part of the peninsula, which needs an energy restoration. We shall study every possible component that may cause the greatest energy losses: windows, façade, roof, lights and boiler. Right after that, we’ll carry out some improvement suggestions so as to reduce the losses. Next, we will make the investment budget to let the client know the estimated price, as well as the profitability of this energetic plan. Once the study is finished, the construction work would be accomplished, just reaching our goal: an energetically efficient and worthwhile building.
