La mujer investigadora en el País Vasco: análisis de la presencia de la mujer en actividades de I+D y el gasto en I+D

[ES]La apuesta por la igualdad en cualquier ámbito de nuestro entorno es un aspecto clave para la mejora de él. La igualdad en la investigación científica y desarrollo tecnológico es todavía un reto entre las instituciones que componen el sistema. En el País Vasco, existe un potente sistema y estructura de apoyo institucional a la ciencia, la tecnología y la innovación, y es imprescindible su correcto funcionamiento para un adecuado desarrollo de la I+D en todas sus vertientes. Para conocer la situación actual del País Vasco, este trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo estudiar la relación existente entre la evolución del gasto en I+D y la evolución de la presencia de la mujer investigadora en actividades de I+D en el País Vasco. En general, el estudio nos permite concluir que la presencia de la mujer investigadora y el gasto en I+D han evolución de manera similar en los últimos veinte años.

Gaur egun, ikerketa zientifikoan eta garapen teknologikoan berdintasuna erronka bat da sistemaren erakundeen artean . Euskal Herrian, zientzia, teknologia eta berrikuntzaren alde egiten duen sistema eta egitura instituzional ahaltsu bat dago, eta bere funtzionamendu egokia ezinbestekoa da I+G jardueren garapen egoki bat izateko. Euskal Herriko egoera ezagutzeko asmoz, ikerketa lan honen helburua I+G gastuaren bilakaera eta I+G jardueretan emakume ikerlarien presentziaren bilakaeraren arteko erlazioa aztertzea da. Oro har, ikasketak ondorioztatzen du emakume ikertzailearen presentziak eta I+G gastuak modu berdinean eboluzionatu dutela azken bi hamarkadan.

[EN]In every environment around us the bet for equality is a key factor in order to improve itself. The equality between genders in the scientific research world is nowadays still a challenge among the institutions which compose the system. In the Basque Country the institutions support the technological innovation progress. Moreover, It exists a strong system that makes possible the latter progress, which is necessary in order the R+D to work and go further correctly in all its branches. With the proposal of knowing the current situation in the Basque Country, the aim of this research is to study the relationship between the evolution of R & D and the presence of the female researcher in R & D in the Basque Country. In general the study allows us to conclude that the presence of the investigating woman and spending on R & D have a similar evolution over the past twenty years.
