Lehiaketako motozikleta baten txasisaren diseinu estrukturala

[EU]Lan honetan lehiaketako motozikleta baten txasisaren diseinu estrukturala egiten da. Zehazki esanda txasisaren aurreko aldea edo motorra inguratzen duena, sub-txasisa eta baskulatzailearekin bat egiten duen txapa kontuan hartu gabe. Lehenik sarreratxo bat egiten da txasisaren ezaugarri ezberdinak, mota ezberdinak azalduz eta zeintzuk diren lortu beharreko helburuak adieraziz. Hauek lortzeak ekarriko dituen onura zientifiko teknikoak zein ekonomikoak zeintzuk diren ere deskribatuko dira. Ondoren lana burutzeko ze metodologia jarraitu den agertzen da hasieratik bukaerara eman beharreko pausuak zeintzuk diren esanez. Gero metodologia hau aplikatuz egin diren diseinu ezberdinak jarriko dira bakoitza bere emaitzekin. Bukatzeko emaitza hauek konparatu eta konklusio batzuk aterako dira zein den diseinu egokiena jakiteko.

[ES]En este trabajo se va a hacer el diseño estructural de un chasis de una moto de competición. Concretamente, la parte delantera del chasis o la que rodea al motor, dejando de lado el sub-chasis y la placa que va unida al basculante. Primero se va hacer una introducción explicando las diferentes cualidades de un chasis, los tipos que hay y además cuáles son los objetivos del trabajo. También se explicará los beneficios científico técnicos tanto económicos que se obtienen al conseguir estos. Después se expondrá la metodología que hay que seguir para la ejecución del trabajo poniendo los distintos pasos que hay que seguir desde el principio hasta el fin del diseño. Luego, se verán los distintos diseños que se han conseguido aplicando esta metodología con sus diferentes valores. Para terminar, se compararan las distintas soluciones y se sacaran conclusiones para saber que diseño es el mejor de todos.

[EN]In this project we will do the structural design of a chassis of a racing motorbike. Specifically, the front of the chassis or the piece around the motor, leaving aside the sub-chassis and the plate that is attached to the swing. First, we will make an introduction explaining the different qualities of a chassis, the types that are and also what the objectives of the work are. We will also explain the economic and scientific technical benefits obtained when we achieve these objectives. After, we will explain step by step from the beginning to the end of the design the methodology to be followed to do the project Next, we will be able to observe the various designs that have been achieved using this methodology with its different values . Finally, the different solutions are compared and we will make conclusions to know which design is the best.
