Reserva hídrica : Aquífero Guarani e seu uso sustentável

Alerta a respeito de um dos mais preciosos e ameaçados recursos naturais: a água. Para que a sociedade atual e possa desfrutar desse bem, mas solidariamente comprometida com as gerações, será preciso administrá-lo "equilibradamente". Como, porém, se trata de "comunidade", ou de sociedades distribuídas pelos países do mundo, o bem comum deve necessariamente ser regido por políticas e leis. Aborda o tema águas subterrâneas do Aquífero Guarani, com todo o seu potencial, reconhecendo, porém, que a legislação a respeito (a cargo da Agência Nacional de Águas - ANA) é insuficiente e sua exploração é feita sem orientação, com riscos para o futuro da reserva. Apresenta levantamento do aquífero, da legislação existente, da prática de países onde, há mais tempo, utiliza esse recurso com legislação ajustada às necessidades e ao nível de crescimento das necessidades.

This study is a warning just inside this line of troubling news regarding one of the most precious and threatened natural resources: water. In this work, we took as its theme the groundwater of the Guarani Aquifer, with all its potential. We recognize, however, that such legislation (in charge of the National Water Agency - ANA) is insufficient and its operation is made without guidance, with risks for the future of the reserve. In this work a survey of the aquifer, the existing legislation, the practice of countries where we have more time with you using this legislation tailored to the needs and level of growth needs, and concluded with several suggestions to be implemented in the spheres of municipalities, states and the federal area, insisting on the Education element, because that is pointless laws if education does not support consciousness, which is the factor of "balance" in the consumption of finite resources.
