In the title compound 2(C2H10N2+) C14H8O6S2-, both the ethylenediaminium cations and the 4,4'-sulfonyldibenzoate dianions have crystallographic two-fold rotational symmetry and are interlinked by aminium N-H...O(carboxyl) hydrogen-bonding associations giving sheets which extend along (101) and are further linked down <i>b</i> forming a three-dimensional structure. |
