The discussions waged by several authors in the field of philosophy of science about scientificity and scientific work often fall to the shock of Sciences, who had long substantiate their studies from the perspective of Natural Sciences. Fact that the man away from research, transforming it into a simple object of study. Among these questions, it is necessary to think in a very scientificity of the humanities, which considers the various types of knowledge that makes up the formation of the individual. In this way, approaching the experience, treated by Agambem Benjamin Larrosa and the educational research with children presents itself as a chance to rethink the current paradigm of Sciences. This gives rise to the objective of this work reflect, based on a research conducted with children and imagetic production, the idea of 'research and its relation to the concept of experience'. We will take as its starting point the elaborations on this concept as presented by Giorgio Agamben. We are assuming that the images of that research, are configured as research papers or research and, in this sense, the research is defined as a documentary research

Geologia e pesquisa mineral na região oeste do maciço Caritianas, municípios de Alto Paraíso e Itapuã D'Oeste, Rondônia

The granites Rondonianos, located in Rondônia Tin Pronvíncia, the southwestern portion of the Amazonian Craton, have great economic importance due to its large potential metallogenic. These granites stands out Intrusive Suite or Suite Granites Latest Rondônia Rondônia, with approximately 997-998 Ma (Bettencourt et al., 1997, 1999), for their tin mineralization having the largest reserves of this ore from Brazil. These tin mineralization in veins greissen are genetically related to these granites, deposits with different structural styles both within granitic plutons (endogreissen) as the host rocks (exogreissen). Pesquisa-ação sobre o uso de indicadores de desempenho do equipamento em uma fábrica de geradores

In the industrial environment the challenge is use better the productive resources: people and machine. The following work has the main goal improve the efficient losses analysis in the stator bar’s production bottleneck equipment situated in the Electric generator’s factory. The action research involved Theory of Constraints on the restriction system identification and developed the data collection framework by losses typology for indicator measurement. The research showed the data collection standardization importance to obtain reliable data and strategic efficiency indicator to optimize equipments. Besides of this, OEE and TEEP indicator demonstrated efficiency results to analyze the actual efficiency when the machine works and the increase capacity opportunity to treat the hide costs in the organization following the continuous improvement

Caracterização morfológica e fenotípica de leveduras do gênero Cryptococcus com ênfase na pesquisa de Cryptococcus neoormans isoladas de amostras de água de mar e areia de três ambientes costeiros do estado de São Paulo: Canal de São Sebastião, Baixada Santista e Ubatuba

The yeast Cryptococcus neoformans is the etiologic agent of cryptococcosis, an infectious cosmopolitan disease that affects humans. Although rare, this disease is potentially fatal, especially for immunocompromised hosts. This pathogen is frequently isolated from excrements of pigeons and parrots, with many environmental sources such as birds, pigeon droppings, eucalyptus leaves, decaying trees, towers, churches and places of storage of grain (the port area). The isolation of this microorganism has been obtained also from the aquatic environment. The identification of environmental sources is needed to protect human health, especially susceptible populations such as immunocompromised. Therefore, this study investigated the presence of Cryptococcus neoformans in yeast isolates obtained from samples of sea water and sand from three regions of São Paulo: São Sebastião Channel, Santos and Ubatuba. Isolates were analyzed according to micro-and macroscopic characteristics and biochemical tests: microculture, urease, ink nankin, auxanograma, zymogram and phenol. We analyzed 199 isolates, 175 of which had features suggestive for Cryptococcus spp. in microculture. All these 175 isolates were sown in the Christensen urea middle to verify the production of urease and submitted to the technique nankin ink to visualize the capsule. Of these, only 24 were selected for the next test that was the auxanograma (assimilation of carbohydrate and nitrogen). Of the 24, 10 were tested in zymograms (fermented sugar), from which 5 were selected for the phenoloxidase test in medium containing dopamine. None of the 5 isolates tested had black or brown color characteristic of Cryptococcus neoformans. Aumento da precisão do controle de estoque: pesquisa ação em indústria de bens de consumo

This work is an action research conducted in an industry of consumer goods, presenting a new model of inventory management in the company's processors. This replacement of the inventory management of the company stemmed from the need to reduce the large number of deviations in the product write off in stock, thereby generating a low accuracy and reliability of data on inventories of processors shown by the company's ERP system. Spending on inventory adjustments could thus be reduced with the implementation of the new model, thus generating a cost savings for the company and thus increasing their competitive potential in the market. In the old system adopted by the company, write off raw material inventory was done automatically by the system for customized transactions by the company. However, since the implementation of ERP in the company, the automatic write off based on historical consumption of each product were made in many cases at random, generating a lot of mistakes. The new management system has replaced the automatic system by manual at the time of the return of the processed product in the company, thus creating a control which lots and quantities were consumed in the processing and making the stock shown by the ERP reliable and accurate

As vazões de outorga das bacias hidrográficas dos rios Aguapeí e Peixe

This work presents procedures for getting data to estimate grant flow by means of statistical and hydrological methods, acquired during the graduate course, of some streams in the watersheds of Aguapeí and Peixe rivers, in order to make available this data set to Sao Paulo State water and electrical energy department – DAEE and to the Committees of Aguapeí and Peixe watersheds. This study was performed using discharge data and the were a selection process to identify some faults in the historical series. Finally it was calculated the 7-day moving averages, Q7 and some characteristics discharges like Q90 and Q95. Taking into account the average discharge en seven days in a 10-year recurrence interval, it was estimated the grant flow of some streams. Data were generated for six posts inside the Aguapei and Peixe watersheds

Pesquisa de genes de resistência do M. tuberculosis a isoniazida e rifampicina por sequenciamento e pela tecnologia de DNA-STRIP

Tuberculose (TB), causada por Mycobacterium tuberculosis, é uma das doenças infecciosas que mais causam mortes. Estima-se que mais de dois bilhões de pessoas estejam infectadas no mundo. O tratamento da TB consite em associação de fármacos, isoniazida, rifampicina, pirazinamida e etambutol, nos primeiros 2 meses e 4 meses de isoniazida e de rifampicina. Internacionalmente, são consideradas cepas multi resistentes (MDR), as que apresentam resistência simultânea a isoniazida e a rifampicina. A rápida detecção de resistência é essencial para o controle e tratamento da TB, reduzindo, assim, o custo do tratamento e a transmissão da doença. Neste projeto, os isolados já identificados fenotipicamente como resistentes a isoniazida e/ou rifampicina, foram submetidos ao sequenciamento de Sanger para pesquisa de 3 genes relacionados a resistência a isoniazida (katG, inhA e ahpC) e 1 gene de resistência a rifampicina (rpoB). Foi realizada uma comparação destes genes mutados para a resistência utilizando o novo teste desenvolvido pela Biomérieux, denominado GenoType® MTBDRplus, que se baseia na tecnologia DNA-STRIP. Através deste novo teste, foi observada mutação em 22 isolados clínicos de M. tuberculosis para genes de resistência a isoniazida e/ou rifampicina, sendo 4 provenientes do MS e 18 de SP. Já pelo sequenciamento genético foi observada mutação em 24 isolados para genes de resistência a isoniazida e/ou rifampicina, sendo 6 provenientes do MS e 18 de SP. Portanto, através do sequenciamento de Sanger, foi possível detectar um número maior de isolados mutados e mais mutações quando comparado ao teste GenoType® MTBDRplus. Isso acontece porque na técnica de sequenciamento, um fragmento do gene como um todo é analisado e no caso do teste GenoType® MTBDRplus, é verificada apenas a ausência ou presença das mutações mais frequentes descritas na literatura, além de não ser analisado o gene ahpC. A formação do professor reflexivo no periódico Educação e Pesquisa - 1984 a 2010

Este estudo teve como objetivo compreender a formação docente na perspectiva do professor reflexivo, buscando averiguar nesse processo temas emergentes vinculados ao periódico Educação e Pesquisa, fonte de coleta de dados. Neste itinerário optamos pela pesquisa qualitativa, do tipo descritivo, escolhendo como técnica para a coleta de dados a fonte documental, seguida de análise documental. Entre os resultados coletados na revista, periódico de 1975 a 2010, apontaram-se como significativos os eixos reflexão, saberes, identidade e profissionalização docente, prática pedagógica, formação inicial e formação continuada. Neste contexto observou-se que as pesquisas de ênfase critico reflexiva vem contribuindo teoricamente para a disseminação do conceito da formação reflexiva inicial e continuada de professores que buscam por meio desta perspectiva o desenvolvimento profissional e o reconhecimento como produtores de conhecimento na área que atuam. Outras questões observadas assinalaram para a compreensão da formação reflexiva como uma concepção que pode auxiliar o docente no processo de reconhecimento da sua identidade profissional marcada pela influência direta da cultura da qual os docentes estão inseridos. Nesta direção foi também identificado que as tomadas de decisões no âmbito escolar, dentro e fora da sala de aula, requerem do docente a mobilização de saberes que vão além da teoria aprendida nos anos de formação acadêmica, buscando auxilio nas vivências pré-profissionais para a elaboração dos saberes docentes. Porém, elucidou-se que os docentes reflexivos e investigadores da sua própria prática tendem a ser favorecidos por este tipo de prática, podendo provocar inovações na educação e em seu próprio desenvolvimento profissional. Regiões competitivas agrícolas e vulnerabilidade territorial: o papel do Consórcio Pesquisa Café

This academic work presents the final results of the undergraduate research about new agricultural technical systems developed by “Consórcio Pesquisa Café” (CPC), which main objective was to analyze the impacts of scientific inputs in different coffee producing regions, particularly in South of Minas Gerais. The creation of the CPC meets the demands of a global scientific coffee-growing (SANTOS, 2000) under development in the current period technical-scientific-informational (SANTOS, 2009). On this period, also called globalization, the technoscience, the information and the finances guide the actions of companies and institutions submitted by imperative of competitiveness on international market. The Brazilian’s coffee-growing regions (South of Minas Gerais, Cerrado Mineiro, Espírito Santos Ridge’s, Western Bahia, among others) on search of higher productivities, begin gather technical, informational and communicational densities (SANTOS, 2009). Considering these facts, we detail in this research, the major agricultural technical systems developed by “Consórcio Pesquisa Café” (CPC), expressed in new management techniques, new cultivars and new chemicals, mechanical and biological inputs. Atualizações sobre o uso de óleo de peixe no tratamento de cardiopatia canina

There are cardiopathies that acometem the dogs, being able this being congenital or acquired and lately have grown the number of cases due to the increase of the life expectancy of these animals becoming each time more necessary prevention methods. In recent years innumerable research is being carried through to understand the influence of the fish oil in the cardiopathies. The fish oil ingestion, Omega 3, has shown beneficial effect in the prevention of cardiovascular illnesses in such a way in the men as in the animals. Such effect this related to the presence of acid greasy polyunsaturateds n-3, mainly acid the eicosapentaenóico (EPA) and acid the docosahexaenóico (DHA). These substances can be found in foods as marine cold water fish (salmon, tuna, sardine and Trout), hemp seeds and soy. The present study, therefore, it has as objective to carry through an update on the use of the fish oil in the treatment of cardiopathies in dogs

Horto de plantas medicinais e tóxicas “Prof.ª Dra. Célia Cebrian Araújo Reis”: centro de referência botânica para o ensino, a pesquisa e a extensão

O Horto de Plantas Medicinais e Tóxicas “Prof.ª Dra. Célia Cebrian Araújo Reis” fundado em 1989 no campus de Araraquara da UNESP é um Horto de Referência Botânica e uma coleção de plantas vivas de interesse farmacêutico, objeto deste estudo que objetivou em caracterizá-lo e divulgá-lo. Para isso foi realizado um resgate histórico por meio de pesquisas em documentos datados da época da fundação e realização de entrevistas com um dos docentes fundadores e com o funcionário da unidade; levantamento florístico com seleção de algumas espécies arbóreas para depósito em herbário e registro, assim como o desenvolvimento de um sistema heurístico de catalogação própria para dar entrada nas plantas que futuramente virão a ser registradas no horto, modelo de ficha monográfica botânica e exemplo de ficha devidamente preenchida; e a construção de página na internet vinculada ao site da FCFAr disponibilizada na Web apresentando parte do conteúdo desenvolvido neste trabalho, incluindo lista de plantas registradas para consulta.
