Práticas discursivas em blogs políticos: uma observação sobre a participação política e as trasnformações que acompanham o espaço público

This work discuss about the transformation of public space, based on the recent challenges imposed by communication practices that are renewed and recopying of the sociocultural contexts of everyday life. The study presents theoretical and empirical reports of regional political blogs. In this issue, it looks for understand the political participation in the Internet space, examining the reconfigurations that accompany social relations and new forms of interaction that are merged in the media scene. The ambience of the study limits comments of readers in two political blogs in Rio Grande do Norte, Território Livre, and Thaisa Galvão. The observation concerns about the democratic participation of citizens in matters of collective interest, during the 2010 election. The analysis update the debate on democratic discussion and conversation everyday, trying to grasp changes in social practices in virtual platforms. From this perspective, the work restores some conceptual notions that involve the public places, identifying the changes that appear in the virtual and traditional spheres, with the emergence of new places of conversations, from the Internet usage. Are also compared to similarities and differences between the two elements of the analysis. It is possible, therefore, the communication process of the two discursive spaces with ideas from the public sphere, trying to analyze the duality between public, private, and political participation in these virtual places

Espaços e fronteiras da liberdade de expressão em blogs na internet

Dans cet article, j´étudie la notion courante de liberté d´expression, fréquemment associée aux pratiques de l´écriture sur internet, par exemple, celle des blogues. Du point de vue de l´Analyse du Discours, je m´occupe des questions de l´ordre linguistique et discursive qui peuvent favoriser l´émergence de certains énoncés dans le réseau à cause de la multiplicité des relations qui permettent que le(s) dire(s) apparaisse(nt) dans la société contemporaine. En particulier, je cherche à caractériser les conditions de production du language en réseau pour constituer l´espace, compris selon une problématique sociale (SANTOS, 1996, 2008), par sa relation avec l´histoire, comprise en discontinuité (FOUCAULT, 1997).

Ler e escrever blogs literários: a narrativa hipertextual na configuração da webliteratura

As tecnologias digitais trouxeram novas configurações para a comunicação como um todo e para a literatura em particular. A escrita, hoje, é reconcebida em função das características técnicas das mídias digitais. A presente pesquisa propõe uma discussão sobre os efeitos culturais dos tempos contemporâneos na tendência de fazer literatura, tomando como foco de análise a dimensão virtual ofertada especialmente pela Internet (SANTAELLA, 2007). A partir da análise dos novos formatos de circulação e expressão presentes no ciberespaço (LEVY, 1999), a exemplo dos blogs, abordamos a maneira como o hipertexto interfere nas práticas narrativo-literárias atuais (MARCUSCHI, 2010), modificando as formas de interação escritor/obra, escritor/leitor e leitor/obra, mediante o engendramento de uma função de mediação que, por sua vez, cria novos processos culturais de remodelamento dos padrões de percepção do mundo, dos indivíduos e da realidade social (MARTIN-BARBERO, 2003). Assim, pretende-se investigar as narrativas hipertextuais originadas da efetiva exploração por blogueiros dos recursos da hipermídia para a configuração de formatos expressivos próprios do meio em questão, a partir do que será denominado de texto webliterário.

Blogging become popular due to its ease of use and publication, which influences the growth of digital information environments. Therefore, studies are needed to optimize the organization of information in the blog, to contribute in its development. Using the direct observation of nonparticipatory, analysis was performed on 6 blogs of university libraries to identify the elements of Information Architecture (IA) that is considered essential and optional for the structural development of a blog. Thus, were conducted planning guidelines for blogs and a model for its evaluation, and were proposed specific elements of IA for blogs, to contribute to the study of Digital Information Architecture.

A Presença da alteridade nos discursos sobre a literatura marginal em blogs: uma análise dialógica

O presente trabalho toma como objeto de estudo o discurso sobre a literatura marginal em blogs. A literatura marginal é um movimento literário que tem como tema central o relato da própria experiência de sobreviver nos espaços marginais e marginalizados da sociedade brasileira contemporânea. A vida na periferia, lugar este pouco representado pela literatura canônica, passa a ser extensão do que se escreve, deste modo, o autor assume de forma concreta seus distintivos traços artísticos, culturais e sociais. Tendo em vista a internet como instrumento de “democratização” da prática e do uso da palavra escrita, por conta da heterogeneidade dos discursos veiculados, a literatura marginal contemporânea encontra, neste espaço, a possibilidade para expor e divulgar seus discursos carregados de traços distintivos de hibridismo, contraditoriedade, além de propagar, por meio da linguagem coloquial, sua temática que possui um caráter coletivo e representa uma específica realidade brasileira. Nos blogs, mais especificamente, os escritores de literatura marginal encontram um espaço de divulgação de textos inéditos e de suas obras. Para a realização do estudo proposto, foram feitas considerações gerais sobre os blogs pesquisados, segundo uma abordagem dialógica do material de pesquisa. O corpus compõe-se de blogs de sujeitos que têm alguma relação com a literatura marginal contemporânea: o blog da editora literatura marginal (editoraliteraturamarginal.blogspot.com.br) e os blogs pessoais dos escritores Ferréz (ferrez.blogspot.com.br) e Sérgio Vaz (colecionadordepedras1.blogspot.com.br). Para a descrição/análise dos dados, foi feito um estudo bibliográfico de escritos bakhtinianos, que embasam teoricamente a pesquisa. This paper proposes a discursive analysis of teachers‘s blogs , particularly those accessible from the MEC site : http://portaldoprofessor.mec.gov.br/links.html . The aim is to analyze , dialogically, based on Bakhtinian discourse studies the speech of Portuguese language teachers on the internet , and to investigate aspects of the discourse genre blog , this specialized sphere of circulation :whether it is a means of exposing themselves, whether they are professional media extent , reflect about how to produce the identity of the Portuguese language teachers in such discourse . Blogs para adolescentes e a articulação dos PCNs na produção escrileitora do ensino médio

The new National Curriculum of Basic Education in Brazil Parameters (PCNs- br) propose the curriculum reformulation of the High School in thematic areas encompassing competences and abilities. In this aspect the goal of this article is to verify the effects and meaning of the speeches posted on Folhateen's Blog (http://blogdofolha teen.folha.blog.uol.com.br/), to analyze if the practices of reading and writing, taken in this application, can be contemplated on the basic goals of the PCNs from the Languages area, codes and its technologies. It wonders of the using of media blogs for High School students as articulators of the Portuguese Language contents' study. It is possible to verify that the blogs offer its own languages and the expression of knowledge and power. They put the high school student before the articulation of several cross-cutting themes that promotes the interdisciplinarity. It points the need of a teacher's support so in a matted discursive voices the student won't be distracted, drift and paraphrase, but the interpretation and "new" methods of reading and polysemy. The theoretical framework is composed by the authors Foucault, Pecheux, Orlandi and Coracini.
