Il «Castellazzo» di Monte Iato in Sicilia occidentale (PA) Quinta e sesta campagna di scavo. Aggiornamenti dal territorio

From May 15th to 30th and 15th to 30th September 2015 took place the fifth and sixth excavation campaign at the Castellazzo of Monte Iato. The presence of 15 participants made it possible to deepen the research significantly and ex-pand the surface area of investigation. It is completely emptied a room already identified in previous campaigns and provided new information about the relationship with the existing cemetery. Part of a burial in a supine position was destroyed by the installation of wall 20. Traces of another turret projecting from the walls have been discovered in the east and another section of the inner walls (15) was fully exposed. A gate, between two towers, is the first entry traced so far, on the north-eastern side of the plateau. The archaeological materials found confirm the characteristics and type of construction. Being a military camp of ephemeral nature, although active at least 30 years, objects such as arrowheads and crossbow quarrels, knives, buckles and harnesses for horses have been found. One of the environments has been interpreted as an area where gaming took place because of the presence of four dice in ivory, glasses and different coins, in addition to the greater extent than the other environments found. Among the findings are reported a glass weight with a cufic inscription dated to the mid-twelfth century and two bronze coins dated in 15th centu-ry.

Teoretycznoprawne aspekty operacjonalizacji ochrony praw człowieka w państwie z perspektywy globalnego systemu prawa (Zarys problematyki)

The article is devoted to the presentation of the outline of the concept of operationalization of human rights taking place in the states involved in the system of international protection of those rights. The concept of operationalization of protection is a collective term for a series of processes that lead to the establishment of legal provisions protecting human rights, and to transfer this abstract construct to specific societies. It includes both the decision-making processes of extralegal (uprising idea, its conceptualization, social issues and change the perception of axiology of society, cultural aspects) and legal (lawmaking and law application processes in the aspect of human rights and the impact of international institutions on them) character. The essence of the process of operationalization is providing effective protection of human rights in a state. The concept is set primarily on the consequences of membership of Poland in the system of the Council of Europe.

Modlitwa Pańska w polskim średniowieczu. Znad staropolskich rękopisów

Książka zawiera krytyczne wydanie 23 znanych średniowiecznych polskojęzycznych przekazów Modlitwy Pańskiej oraz ich charakterystykę źródłoznawczą i językową. Jest to pierwsza całościowa edycja staropolskich odpisów Ojcze nasz, także tych dotąd niepublikowanych. Do zachowanych 17 rękopisów (pozostałe znane są jedynie z dawnych edycji) dołączono kolorową fotokopię zabytku, przygotowano nową transliterację i transkrypcję tekstów. Część analityczna pozwoliła wyodrębnić miejsca niezmienne oraz tłumaczone na wiele sposobów, a także zidentyfikować typy różnic, określić kierunki zmian elementów zmiennych oraz zidentyfikować symptomy standaryzacji tego tekstu. Ponadto przeprowadzone analizy umożliwiły postawienie pytania o podstawę tłumaczenia oraz o sposób przekładu modlitwy. Zaobserwowano początkową niezależność gramatyczną od tekstu łacińskiego i stopniowe naśladowanie konstrukcji łacińskich (zwłaszcza w zakresie szyku) oraz niezależność staropolskich tłumaczeń od najstarszych czeskich redakcji Pater noster. Wskazane w analizach obszary tekstu zarówno niezmienne, jak i te, które najczęściej podlegały zmianom lub też mają poświadczonych najwięcej wariantów tłumaczeniowych, nie tylko sprawiały anonimowym średniowiecznym skrybom piszącym po polsku najwięcej problemów, ale były obrazem ich świadomej pracy, przejawem prowadzonych z rozmysłem poszukiwań najlepszych polskich odpowiedników dla oddania łacińskiego tekstu. Uzupełnieniem analiz językowych jest omówienie wczesnopiętnastowiecznego łacińskiego komentarza dotyczącego tłumaczenia modlitw na język polski autorstwa Jakuba z Piotrkowa. Wyodrębnione na podstawie porównania zachowanych tekstów typy różnic znajdują odzwierciedlenie w zagadnieniach poruszanych przez średniowiecznego skrybę, co umacnia wnioski płynące z pracy.

Vem ouvir o verso de teu cantador : amos, cantadores e toadas no Boi-Bumbá Caprichoso Belém/PA

This thesis aims to investigating the cantadores and the toadas in the Boi Bumbá, debating questions which put together around the construction and performance of amo s and cantador s role in the Boi Bumbá Caprichoso of Belém-PA city and exploring the extent of toadas its characteristics, functions, the uses that are made of theirs and the relations that establishes between them and the cantadores. The problematic of the research consisted on analysing what the amos, cantadores and toadas represent in the whole context of boi-bumbá plays in Belém, nowadays. Considering this perspective, I tried to identify on Boi Caprichoso the most meaningful expressions which were related to toadas and how the roles of amo and cantador were performed. Participative observation, ethnical research, open and semistructured interviews were used as research methods. The role performances on Boi Caprichoso plays an essential part on the playing realization, highlighting themselves as pivotal characters. These performances, characterized by the vocal presence, also highlighted the size that toadas occupy in the whole play, and pointed the way for an emerging model of presentation, in which both toada and cantador appear as central figures

Inimigos naturais de solo em sistemas de cultivo de palma de óleo (Elaeis guineensis) no município de Tomé-Açu, PA.

Realizou-se checklist dos principais artrópodes (ênfase em insetos) benéficos de solo em palma de óleo (Elaeis guineensis) cultivada em monocultivo e sistemas agroflorestais (biodiversificados), com diferentes preparos de área sem o uso do fogo, no município de Tomé-Açu, Pará. A captura dos artrópodes nos sistemas estudados foi realizada, mensalmente, entre maio de 2009 e janeiro de 2010, utilizando-se armadilhas tipo Pitfall, que permaneceram em campo por 72 horas. Após esse período, o material coletado foi processado em campo e transportado para o Laboratório de Entomologia da Embrapa Amazônia Oriental em Belém, Pará, onde foi triado, quantificado e identificado ao menor nível taxonômico possível. Os cultivos de palma de óleo biodiversificados não apresentaram diferenças significativas de ocorrência para os principais grupos de inimigos naturais de solo (Araneae, Coleoptera e Hymenoptera), quando comparados com o plantio convencional.

Densidade e diversidade em açaizais nativos no projeto de desenvolvimento sustentável Virola-Jatobá, em Anapu/PA.

A polpa do açaí diluída em água proporciona bebida de alto valor energético e rica em vitaminas, muito apreciada pelas comunidades tradicionais na Amazônia. Nos últimos anos a bebida passou a ser consumida em vários estados brasileiros e no exterior, com grande procura e, consequentemente, considerável aumento no preço. Com o objetivo de avaliar a densidade e a diversidade vegetal em açaizais de grotas (baixio) foram instaladas duas parcelas de 40 m x 25 m, subdivididas em quatro sub-blocos de 20 m x 12,5 m, em área de agricultores no Projeto de Desenvolvimento Sustentável Virola-Jatobá, Anapu/PA, em 2014. Observou-se que quanto maior a área basal das parcelas, menor o número de estipes adultos. Como a produção de frutos depende do número de estipes adultos será importante controlar a área basal das espécies arbóreas em manejo de açaizal. Entretanto, a presença das dicotiledôneas arbóreas é importante, pela sua atuação na reciclagem dos nutrientes e no processo de polinização.
