A relação entre a álgebra acadêmica e a álgebra escolar em um curso de licenciatura em matemática: concepções de alunos e professores

O Desenvolvimento Sustentável tem sido pauta de diversos encontros globais que tentam solucionar as crises ambientais que vêm ocorrendo nas últimas décadas. Este trabalho tem como objetivo analisar as relações entre os impasses identificados na concepção de Desenvolvimento Sustentável e o modelo de desenvolvimento econômico capitalista tal como está configurado pelos princípios do neoliberalismo. Partimos da hipótese da inviabilidade do Desenvolvimento Sustentável em um sistema capitalista neoliberal. Utilizamos como metodologia de análise a cartografia, por meio da qual desenhamos as paisagens emergentes na dinâmica do poder ao indicar os limites do modelo de desenvolvimento econômico. Contrapomos as deficiências do modelo de desenvolvimento econômico com as premissas do que poderiam caracterizar o Desenvolvimento Sustentável. Desenvolvemos algumas reflexões acerca da sociedade de consumo e seus impactos na natureza. Apresenta-se as linhas de pensamento ecológico que discutem as maneiras de solucionar os problemas ambientais. Exercícios educacionais podem ser usados para a formação do compromisso de cada sujeito com a construção da comunidade. Refletir apenas nas contradições sociais não resolverá completamente a pressão exercida sobre os recursos naturais. A natureza não pode ser vista como um simples objeto estático que só se realiza a partir do trabalho humano, sua dinâmica deve ser considerada em sua totalidade. A sociedade não pode continuar a desenvolver meios de produção que aumentam a exploração da natureza. Uma nova estrutura social deve ser pensada, indo além das concepções marxistas e naturalistas, que promova justiça social e ambiental

A Avaliação na sala de aula de matemática: práticas e concepções

This research aims to understand the assessment practices used by teachers at a public state school in the city of Cunha, Sao Paulo. To this end, we interviewed five mathematics teachers, who answered a questionnaire with five questions. The responses were analyzed according to the rigor of phenomenological research. To understand the investigation region, that is to say, the meaning of evaluation, we proceeded to a review of studies on the subject in authors like Buriasco (2002), Pavanello (2006), Hoffmann (1994), expressive in Mathematics Education that allows us to explain the concept of prevailing interpretation in the area. The phenomenological analysis enabled the development of three categories open revealing the concept of evaluation of teachers investigated. The first shows the review As a way to measure the knowledge acquired by the student. His interpretation leads us to understand that for some teachers, the research subjects, the assessment becomes a method to ' measure ' the knowledge acquired by the student. The second category, expressed by As a way of understanding the student's behavior in class, shows that some of the interviewees understand the evaluation as a medium that reveals and appreciates the ways of the student behave in class. Finally, the third category refers to the evaluation by means of said instruments. On this subject the claim that the assessment is through instruments such that: evidence, exercise lists, among others. In summary, interviews and categories analyzed explain the ways in which the assessment reveals the concept of implicit learning the instruments used in the evaluation practices of teachers interviewed. The Troubleshooting is a methodology that stands out in mathematics teaching, it provides a meaningful learning, favoring the intellectual development of the student and the autonomous and critical thinking. Dispositivo para o auxílio e segurança de pessoas portadoras de restrições físicas em piscinas

Being the hydrotherapy a treatment in water of great importance for children and adults with motor disability, providing safety and comfort is a very important task that is difficult to health professional without the aid of some specialized equipment. Generally imported devices are used for such purposes, these highly complex apparatus have a high cost and limit the patient's movement in water and exercise possibilities in some cases. In this work a solution will be presented to replace such equipment, using catalogs and computer modeling a prototype will be studied and new equipment will be developed to assist entry into the pool and it would also allow mobility to the patient in an aqueous medium. This safely mobility in the water increase the possibilities of exercises and the accessories founded in commercial catalogs make this project feasible from an economic aspect
