Resumo

Este trabajo avanza en la identificación de los determinantes del estado de salud distinguiendo su impacto entre el área urbana y rural, y comparándolo entre 1997 y2003 después de la mayor recesión económica que Colombia haya experimentado.

This paper advances in the identification of the determinants of the health statusdistinguishing their impact between rural and urban area, and comparing it between1997 and 2003 after the greatest economic recession that Colombia ever had.
