Resumo

Esta monografía ayuda a responder la pregunta del porque los Estados actuan a través de organizaciones internacionales a partir de los postulados del neoliberalismo institucional de Robert Keohane y del constructivismo Social de Alexander Wendt.

This paper helps to undestand why states like France and Albania decided to develop their politics of security and defence through a International Organization like NATO. The answers are based on the theories of Neoliberal institucionalism of Robert Keohane and Social Constructivism of Alexander Wednt.
