Contributos das atividades práticas de estudo do meio para o aumento da motivação e da aprendizagem conceptual no 2º ano de escolaridade

Relatório de Estágio apresentado à Escola Superior de Educação de Lisboa para obtenção de grau de mestre em Ensino do 1º e 2º Ciclo do Ensino Básico

O presente relatório foi elaborado no âmbito da Unidade Curricular Prática do Ensino Supervisionada II (PESII) do Curso de Mestrado em Ensino do 1.º e do 2.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico (CEB), da Escola Superior de Educação de Lisboa. Neste relatório é apresentado o percurso da intervenção educativa numa turma do 2ºano do 1ºCEB, em que os objetivos gerais incluíam o desenvolvimento de competências de leitura e da escrita, da cooperação, da interdisciplinaridade e da melhoria da comunicação discursiva dos alunos. Para colmatar as fragilidades da turma foram delineadas uma diversidade de estratégias, tais como a organização de debates, a criação e a leitura de histórias, os autoditados e os trabalhos de grupo. A partir destas atividades pode-se verificar que os objetivos definidos para a intervenção foram alcançados em parte. Este relatório apresenta ainda um estudo “Contributos das atividades práticas de estudo do meio para o aumento da motivação e da aprendizagem conceptual no 2º ano de escolaridade”. No âmbito deste estudo foram implementadas estratégias como a realização de atividades práticas promovendo a observação, o registo, a realização de formulação e previsão de hipóteses sobre as diferentes classes de animais e sobre a germinação e a realização de uma visita de estudo ao meio local para a identificação de profissões. Os resultados do estudo vieram a confirmar que os alunos ficaram motivados com as diferentes atividades práticas. Termina-se o relatório com considerações finais, em que é feita uma reflexão sobre todo o percurso na unidade curricular PES II.

ASTRACT This report was done under the purview of the Supervisor Teaching Practice Curricular Unit II (STP II as in Supervised Teaching Practice) of the Masters Degree in the Teaching of the 1st and 2nd Cycle of Basic Schooling by Lisbon’s Basic Schooling Teaching College. This report presents the course of the intervention educative in a class of 2 year of 1 st CBS, wherein the general objectives include the development of competences of reading and writing, the cooperation, the interdisciplinarity and of the improvement of the discursive communication of the students. To comate the fragilities of the group were delineated a diversity strategies, such as the organization of debates, creation and the reading of histories, the auto dictations and group works. From these activities it is possible to check that the objectives defined for the intervention were reached in part. This report still presents one study “Contributes of the practical activities of Environmental Studies to the increase of the motivation and the conceptual learning in the 2 nd year of schooling”. In the purview of this study there were implemented strategies as the realization of practical activities promoting the observation, the registry, the realization of formulation and foresight of hypotheses on the different animals categories, the germination and the realization of a visit of study to the local way to identify the professions. The results of the study came to confirm that the students were high motivated with the different practical activities. The report ends with closing remarks, in which a reflection is taken about all the entire course in curricular unit of STP II.
