Relatório de estágio: aulas de grupo de oboé

I (Prática Pedagógica) - Neste relatório de estágio apresenta-se uma caracterização do Conservatório de Música de Santarém (CMS). Dá-se a conhecer um pouco da sua história, o seu funcionamento e os seus objetivos pedagógicos. Caracterizam-se também os alunos que participam no estágio e faz-se uma pequena descrição dos seus percursos académicos; suas influências, motivações e expectativas. Nas práticas desenvolvidas apresentam-se os princípios pedagógicos – A Motivação, como condição fundamental para o sucesso escolar dos alunos; e ainda a importância da aquisição de competências metacognitivas, ao permitirem a reflexão sobre os processos de aprendizagem. É feita uma descrição sobre as estratégias que o professor deve adotar com o objetivo de obter a motivação dos alunos; e apresentam-se os objetivos pedagógicos propostos para este estágio. Por último é feita uma análise do trabalho desenvolvido com os alunos e uma análise crítica da atividade docente, onde a criatividade, a autoavaliação e a reflexão devem estar sempre presentes no íntimo do professor. Ainda no encerramento da secção pedagógica dá-se conta do novo paradigma do ensino vocacional de música, após a Portaria nº 691/2009 de 25 de junho, e a necessidade do professor se adaptar a esta nova realidade.

II (Investigação) Na segunda parte descreve-se o projeto de investigação – Aulas de Oboé em Grupo. - Será que as aulas em grupo serão uma boa metodologia de ensino, sobretudo nas escolas vocacionais de música? – Este trabalho de pesquisa tem como objetivo responder a esta e outras questões que possam surgir ao longo da investigação. A metodologia de investigação a utilizar será a investigação-ação, uma vez que o investigador é parte integrante da ação. Assim tem o duplo papel de investigar e ao mesmo tempo controlar ou modificar o processo metodológico. As amostras, objeto de investigação, são dois grupos distintos no seu enquadramento: o grupo de clarinetes da Escola de Música da filarmónica Instrução e Recreio de Abrunheira (FIRA) e a classe de oboés do Conservatório de Música de Santarém. Na abordagem ao tema – Aulas de Grupo – foi determinante a experiência de duas décadas de atividade e afeto que ligam o investigador à FIRA. Haverá recurso a bibliografia especializada nesta área, para dar solidez e consistência ao estudo. As técnicas de investigação utilizadas serão as entrevistas e os inquéritos. No fim da investigação será feita a recolha e análise de dados, que, espera-se, respondam às questões levantadas pelo investigador.

ABSTRACT I (Teaching)- The first part of this report is the Pedagogical Practices section where we start to present a characterization of the Conservatory of Music of Santarem (CMS), a short resume of its history, its working philosophy and its pedagogical goals. Following is the student’s characterization that have participated in this academic study, including a short description of their academic backgrounds, their influences, motivations and expectations. Then it is presented the pedagogical principles of developed practices, namely the Motivation as a key condition to students' school success, and the importance of acquiring metacognitive skills while enabling the reflection on about the learning processes. It is also done a description of the strategies that teacher should adopt in order to get the student’s motivation; and presented the proposed educational objectives for this stage. Finally it is performed an analysis of the work with the students and a critical analysis of teaching activity, where creativity, self-assessment and reflection must always be present from the teacher’s himself. At the end of the pedagogical section it is made some considerations about the new paradigm of vocational teaching music, after de regulation through “Portaria No. 691/2009 of 25 June”, and the need of the teacher to adapt to this new reality.

ABSTRACT II (Investigation)- The second part – the Research Section - describes the research project, named Oboe Lessons Group. - Does the group lessons will be a good teaching methodology, especially in vocational schools of music?. This research aims to answer this, and others, question, and also a few more that coud arise from the investigation development. The research methodology to be used is the action-research, since the researcher is an primary part of the action, with the dual role of investigating and, at the same time, controlling or modifying the methodological process. The sample under investigation is constituted of are two distinct groups, from different environments: the group of Clarinets from the School of Music of the Filarmónica Instrução e Recreio de Abrunheira (FIRA) and the class of oboes from the Conservatory of Music of Santarem. In the approach to the topic – Oboe lessons in Group - was decisive the experience of two decades of activity and dedication that connects the researcher to FIRA. To give strength and consistency to the study, it was performed a specialized literature review in this knowledge area. The investigation assessment was supported by the application of interviews and surveys to the participants, designed by the researcher. At the end of the this section will be the analysis of the collected data, which is expected to respond to the issues raised by the investigator.
