新型汽车变速箱压装机控制系统的设计

This paper introduces a new design of control system for transmission press.And it gives the description of the hardware configuration,control function and realization.The transmission press is a mechatronics machine which belongs to the transmission assembly line.The machine has automatic press function, automatic detection and alarm function.Additionally,it can communicate with assembly management system in order to achieve the function of management and control.The whole system adopts control components such as SLC500 programmable controller,touch screen,safety light curtain etc.Then safety and reliable assembly quality is ensured.
