图像采集与处理系统的USB通信接口设计

本文介绍了一种利用DSP处理DM642、CPLD及USB芯片等器件构造的带有USB接口的图像采集和处理系统。设计了USB通信接口的硬件电路,在DSP/BIOS架构上编写了USB的固件程序和主机端的设备驱动程序。该系统可用于香烟包装流水线上的条包检测等对生产速度要求较高的工业流程领域。

Introduce an image acquisition and processing system comprised of DM642, CPLD, USB chip and other chips,which is highlighted for its USB interface. Design the circuit of USB interface, the USB firmware based on DSP/BIOS and device driver on host PC. This system can be used in the inspection of cigarette package on cigarette packing line and other industrial process areas requiring a high of production.
