O corpo na clínica psicanalítica: inibição, sintoma e angústia

Investiga-se, nesta tese, o corpo, a partir da trilogia freudiana: inibição, sintoma e angústia. De forma particular, interessam à pesquisa o corpo ideal, propagado pela cultura, e seus efeitos. Para tanto, desenvolvemos os elementos teóricos de Freud e Lacan, a partir dos quais se dividiu a tese em três partes. Na primeira parte, considerou-se o conceito de inibição ao lado do da imagem, privilegiando-se o corpo, seu caráter de imagem e a anorexia. O estudo se baseou na teoria freudiana do narcisismo, incluindo-se seus derivados, as noções de Eu ideal, Ideal do Eu e o Estádio do Espelho lacaniano. Na intenção de ilustrar a busca imperativa por um corpo ideal, apresentou-se um caso clínico. Demarquei a segunda parte desta tese elucidando o sintoma no corpo. Para verificar sua incidência, revisitou-se a História, desde Hipócrates até o início da psicanálise, quando a histeria aparece na clínica; ressaltando-se alguns casos clínicos da clínica freudiana. Verifiquei que o corpo tem ressonância com alguns conceitos essenciais da psicanálise, tal como a pulsão e o inconsciente, além de ilustrarem sua relação com o narcisismo, o sintoma e a angústia. Na terceira parte, privilegiei o estudo da angústia relacionada ao corpo em Freud e Lacan, e o referencial usado para essa etapa foi a clínica da fobia. Procurou-se, ainda, exemplificar as diversas figuras do corpo tal como modificado na atualidade. Como resultado desta pesquisa, verificou-se que ser dono do próprio corpo não significa ficar reduzido a ele, mas apropriar-se de sua imagem. Embora o corpo fale através de seus sintomas, ele pode também ganhar nova moldura, através dos significantes constituídos pela linguagem. Foi possível constatar, como as diferentes dimensões do corpo é ligada aos três registros propostos por Lacan: imaginário, simbólico e real, percebendo-se, por fim, o lugar que o corpo ganha na topologia borromeana, na última etapa do ensino de Lacan.

In this thesis, we have investigated the body, from the Freudian trilogy: inhibition, symptom and anxiety. In a particular way, we were interested in the research of the ideal body, propagated by the culture and its effects. Therefore, we developed Freud and Lacan theoretical elements, as from we divided the thesis in three parts. Firstly, we considered the concept of inhibition besides the image concept, privileging the body, its image character and anorexia. The study based in the freudian theory of narcissism, its derivatives, notions of ideal I, Ideal of I and the lacanian Stage of Mirror. Intent to illustrate the imperative search of the ideal body, a clinical case was presented. I plotted the second part of this thesis elucidating the symptom in the body. To verify its incidence, History was revisited, from Hipocrates to the beginning of psychoanalysis, when hysteria appears in the clinic; emphasizing some clinical cases from the freudian clinic. I verify that the body has resonance with some essential psychoanalysis concepts such as pulsion and unconscious and also illustrate its relationship with narcissism, symptom and anxiety. Lastly, I privileged the study of anxiety related to the body in Freud and Lacan and the referential used in this step was the clinic of phobia. We also tried to exemplify many figures of the body as they are modified nowadays. As a result of this research, it was found that owning one's own body does not mean it to be reduced, but to appropriate his image. Although the body speaks through its symptoms, it can also gain new frame through the signifiers constituted by language. It was possible to find, as the different dimensions of the body is linked to three records proposed by Lacan: imaginary, symbolic and real, realizing, finally, the place that the body gains in borromean topology in the final stage of Lacan.
